Great Service! Wonderful, personable care of my Corgi who is not easy to groom.

My grandmother took her 2 year old shiatsu to HBJ Groomers and Doggy Daycare in Clifton. According to my grandmother she has had no problems in the past, however, this last time she went she was serviced by somebody else due to her usual groomer being out of town. Upon picking her dog up everything seemed fine. About a week later she noticed that her dogs ear was swollen and infected. After examining the ear further she noticed that the ear was cut and then later fell off. She has tried contacting the owner to resolve the issue but instead was told to never come back and was hung up on (Like she would return anyways). Her daughter went to take a letter of intent requesting help with vet bills when the owner Becky ripped up the paper in her face. I am completely appalled by the actions regarding my grandmothers dog and the lack of love and compassion for animals that they displayed. Pet owners beware!

Excellent service! I took my cat in, as I was at a loss at what to do about her hair problem. They treated me so kindly and were open and honest about what they were going to do. It took a little under 2 hours for a bath, a trim, and her nails were trimmed. I will be going back!
