We have fresh stelar, ½ pound burgers, hand cut red potato french fries, Awesome grilled chicken wraps. Home of the infamous Olé’ with bacon, havarti, jalapeños and an Olé Sauce sure to get your taste buds tingly. Our Triple B Burger, my fav is a ½ pound fresh burger with blue cheese, and of course bacon, and balsamic. We make our own homemade BBQ sauce– Try our Mud Bog, you will need a rack of napkins for our burgers. The messier the better!

History

Established in 2014.

100% hand-​built, from scratch food truck.

They call us crazy… Perhaps we are a bit, but we have that Go big or go home mantra. What started as a dream of mine, way before food trucks were all the rage has finally come true! After a few years of research and a pencil sketch on a napkin over lunch and a very big push from my partner-​in-​crime, it is happening! We took a Coachman Crusader and gutted it to the frame, construction from the ground level up started soon after, steel frame, insulation walls etc. Plumbing, gas lines and electric built. It is way cool! How many people can say they built their own food truck! It has been an awesome, fun, learning experience with my Partner Tony Larose, whose favorite line is «I have an idea!» He has not shyed away from this fun endeavor. (and he has actually let me use power tools. scary) This is not your average greasy spoon, but is a full, fun, dining experience– with a lil’ Redneck Flair
