I’ve always been tech savvy, and always tinkering with computers as a kid and into adulthood. Family and friends would always call me up to help them with their computer issues; in fact they told me on many occasions that I should start my own business. My sister who was one of my biggest supporters used to tell all her friends about me and make them pay me.

When my mother was alive she lived in a retirement community in Florida. She was the first one in the community to get a computer and would always talk about how much fun it was. All her friends would call on her to help them with their computers, as well. When she didn’t know an answer she would tell them she had it written down at home, and she would call them with the answer. Then she would call me. She liked to say I was her «Human Notebook».
