I began seeing clients in 2011 from my home based business. I now have an office in downtown Grand Island, Né.

Business Owner

I have worked in many different aspects of weightloss and lifestyle change. I began my own journey back in 2000 to begin losing weight and making better choices. Over the years, I have worked in different aspects of church ministry, teaching, and training. I worked for Jenny Craig for 1 and ½ years as a personal consultant and the sales manager. I attended the school Institute of Integrative Nutrition from 2011 — 2012 and graduated with a certificate of Holistic Health Coach. The culmination of all I have done is now used in my Health Coaching business.
