Established in 2012.

Started in 2012 with referral business only, 2013 is our first beach season and looking forward to our first ice fishing season as well.

In 2009, when the economy took a turn, I changed careers from Industrial Engineering to a career with Greenridge Realty, as a Realtor. This change has been very rewarding to me; helping people find new homes, and dad, to raise my daughter. Being a stay at home dad, and a Realtor, my daughter and I found we had time to explore West Michigan and going to the beach. Going tot the beach was our favorite thing to do. However, taking a toddler to the beach requires more than just a towel, sunscreen, and a beverage. I found myself dragging a diaper bag, small cooler, toys, beach chair, and towels, all of which are a challenge by themselves, not to mention supervising a toddler. With all our beach gear, we were limited to the beaches with convenient beach parking lots, passing up the less crowed beaches that required us to walk up or around sand dunes.

On a nice day, in West Michigan, a person is lucky to get a parking spot at the beach parking lot where there is only about a 1,000 plus foot
