First Class Mortgage III, Inc. is locally owned and operated by co-​owners Jonathon Betting and Shea Gaier. We have served the Grand Forks area since 2004 and have been at our current location on the corner of S. Columbia Rd. & 17^th Ave. S. since February of 2007.

Education: B.B.A. in Financial Management, University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Jonathon was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND. He is married to his wife Deanna, they have a daughter named Matea and a son named Nash. Jonathon enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, and being at the lake.

Jonathon has been originating mortgage loans since 2001.

Jonathon was named the Grand Forks Board of Realtors «Affiliate of the Year» in 2009.
