My car buying experience at Al Serra with sales representative Vic George. Their selection is really impressive. They had they vehicle I was looking for right in their inventory. Vic George was very thorough and helpful in arranging financing at a low rate.

I worked with Jason Czarka and he really made me feel comfortable about buying a used car. Since I live in the area, one thing I noticed is that the selection is continually changing, which is great. Finally — they offer the best price right up front. It is generally pretty tough to find nicer cars at the prices offered here.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and its team. Bought a used car this week and took delievery the same day. They even helped with hard to finance.
Got the vehicle home and found a couple of problems. Called the dealership back and they fixed everything no cost even though the vehicle was purchased «AS IS». They even offered a rental if it was going to take more than a day.
There is never a doubt about the price of the vehicle or whether it is doable with regards to financing. They will be up front with everything and go out of their way to put you in a car you love.
Send all your friends and family. Not only do you get this treatment on the Used Car Lot but with every line of business that Al Serra owns.

Picked up a 2010Chevy last night and the whole experience was great.
From being met by Ed Rykulski the Manager, to the trade in Manager Nate Cottrill, to my salesman Alex Curry I have no complaints.
