My experience is that Carts on 12 is very unresponsive.
Have used them, and received multiple invoices, regrettably paid 2 X, and have asked for a refund or credit. NO RESPONSE.
Had used them for storage and an electronic repair. The cart came back without the repair, but the fee was already paid. They did return, pick up the cart and make the fix.
