Classic Chevrolet, Buick, GMC – Granbury

Somewhat disappointed with my experience at this dealership. They had a used truck that I was interested in buying, after agreeing to my trade in value based upon documentation that I had from 2 other dealerships I decided to head out there which is a 1 hour drive from my house to Granbury. The sales rep and myself had been in contact via email for a little over a week on the vehicle and had been extremely professional and upfront. I got out there today to drive the truck, which was a great looking truck, but at 50mph the truck starting shaking pretty bad. I let the sales rep know that there would not be a commitment on the purchase until the shaking issue had been fixed. They figured it would need new tires and have it balanced, which I am sure would have cost at least 1200.00. This is where my experience went south… as stated earlier, we had an agreement from the Sales Manager that they would give me X amount of dollars for my trade (This was my assumption and after rereading the emails was told that they would try to get me the X amount and that it was not a guarantee) after I sent them documentation from 2 other dealerships and pictures of my vehicle, after I told them that the truck would need to be fixed before moving forward they then tell me that they would now give me 1k less for my trade in than we originally agreed to before making the 1 hour drive out tot he dealership. Needless to say, they shook my hand and I walked out the door. To me it just seems like a shady way to handle a situation and would not recommend this dealership.
The sales rep again was extremely courteous and did contact me and appreciate her being a professional and reaching out to me.

Very disappointed! I went in on a Wednesday to have my tires checked out due to a shimmy & was informed that 1 of my tires needed to be replaced. I went ahead & ordered 2 tires & the service writer said they would arrive the next day. Received a call on Thursday informing me the tires have arrived. Upon my arrival I was informed they ordered the wrong tires, strike 1. I gave them the benefit of doubt & another chance, had them go ahead & try again. Received a call on Friday informing me my tires have arrived. Upon my arrival I asked the service writer if in fact the correct tires were ordered & he assured me they were so I waited. Almost an hr later the same service writer informed me that they messed up again & ordered the wrong tires. Not only did I get lied to about the correct tires being ordered (strike 2), but they did in fact order the wrong tires again (strike3). I do not recommend Classic Chevrolet for anything!

The guys in the service department are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever experienced from any company I have ever dealt with in my life. This based upon the past three experiences I have had at this specific location. From badmouthing customers after they leave in front of other customers, to being talked down to like total garbage, to being flat out lied to. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of this place.
