I had the front end of my car wrecked and Cleo took really well care of the whole situation.
My insurance didn’t provide a rental because it was my fault, but Cleo made sure I had an Enterprise at no cost picking me up at my house so that I can have transportation while they fix the car. She also help with expediting the repair, since I had to travel out of town.
I will update my review once I pick up my car tomorrow.

Great services from start to finish. A hidden gem in the valley. Quality work at a great price. I take my car their now for upgrades besides body work. Friendly staff and very knowledgable. More shops should be like this one.

Very clean and brightly lit shop. I mean you could do ballroom dancing in the garage, just hang a chandelier. Quick 1-​day turnaround for them to replace the rear bumper & reinforcement bar, replace a tail light, and paint/​refinish the front bumper since they already had the parts on stock. Chloe who sits at the desk and Eddie who manages the place were very professional and they are interested in getting you back on the road. They touched up an unrelated ding in the paint that they didn’t charge me for and I didn’t even ask them to do. I would go here again and I would also recommend.

A great shop! I took my Honda Civic SI in for a rear bumper incident and was very impressed with the results. The shop is well qualified, you can tell by the way they keep their tools and the overall cleanliness. This is a professional organization and is staffed by solid enthusiasts — I know as I used to do body work. Highly recommended!

Much to my chagrin, I swiped a pillar in a parking garage with my 2011 Infiniti. I brought my car to three different shops for a quote, and ultimately settled on Western Collision Center in Granada Hills. My reason for choosing this shop was the friendliness of its staff; the cleanliness of all areas of the workshop; the fact that the shop was certified for Infiniti repairs (plus other premium brands like Mercedes-​Benz, Porsche, etc.); the very modern and up-​to-​date equipment on hand (including the paint bays and aluminum tools); and the free full detailing they give the car after repairs are finished. Also, the other shops I consulted wanted to replace my quarter panel (very invasive and just plain lazy), whereas Western Collision said had high-​grade tools specifically for working on the newer aluminum alloys in high-​end cars and wouldn’t need to replace anything.
One of my concerns was that my vehicle has a newer paint called Malbec Black that contains reflective metal dust and has a special sheen to it. It was only just introduced in 2010, and I worried that no auto shop would be able to match it. Well, I’m happy to report that Western Collision matched it to perfection! The repair is seamless — I’ve shown my car to several people, and they cannot believe there was ever damage to this car. The paint, metalwork, and detailing are flawless.
The repair took 24 calendar days, although probably 5 – 10 of those days were simply insurance company delays while Travelers whined and moaned about having to pay more than they would have if I’d taken my car to a production shop (where they would have chopped off my quarter panel and affixed a new one with an ugly seam, but in only ten days). Forget the fact that I’ve been paying in premiums for years and years without any liability until this accident! The office manager, Shant, held his own and eventually managed to work out an agreement after speaking with a higher-​level adjuster at Travelers.
What’s really funny is that the amount of money Travelers was complaining about (and saved) wound up being nearly the extra it paid on my 24-​day lease from Enterprise due to the delays. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face :)
I highly recommend Western Collision Center if you want your vehicle repaired correctly. Shant isn’t going to cut corners and just do a patch job, and anything that can be repaired with detailed labor isn’t going to be unnecessarily sawed off your car just to save time and some hassle with your insurance company.
On top of this shop’s vehicle repair expertise, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always looking out for your best interest. The office lobby is clear, modern, and stocked with some snacks and drinks. There are even chargers plugged into the outlets in case your mobile device’s battery needs a boost.
In summary, I brought in my busted vehicle for repairs and drove off with a brand new-​looking car with no signs of the damage remaining. Paint matched perfectly, as did the shape of all the curves and corners. Staff made me feel like their most-​important customer, and went the extra mile for me in all areas. Highly recommended!!!
