Good friendly service, haven’t had anywhere close to the bad experiences other reviewers have had. Maybe it’s new employees/​management. The employee there named Siri is great. when you ask for extra he doesn’t skimp. Always a good experience.

I love this subway :) I always go and eat here and the manager is always so friendly to us! Fast service and always get my complicated order right! I will probably go here tomorrow as well lol :) definitely recommend!

I have been here twice and that is the last time I will be coming here! The two ladies working there are both rude and unfriendly. When I asked for a sandwich and decided to change my mind for a salad, the young girl rolled her eyes & gave me an attitude. When I got my son a kids sandwich, they asked him what kind of bread he wanted and when he answered «wheat bread please» they then told him he could only get white bread since it is a kids meal… THEN WHY ASK? Finally, when I went to the soda machine, I put my cup under the Coca-​Cola and water came out. I informed them of that and they said that they will not refill it with coke because the gallons of the soda was too heavy for them. When I asked if I can just get a Coke bottle from the fridge, the older lady said «No, just get another fountain drink»
They were both VERY rude, never apologized. I am NEVER coming back here! :)

This location is within walking distance of my house so I thought I’d give it a try. On a Tuesday afternoon it wasn’t too busy. The service was average, the sandwich (meatball marinara) was average but for some reason lacked taste over the other Subways. I did ask for a water cup and the lady gave me one with something stuck to the inside of it so I asked for another and she pointed out to me that it was just paper. I don’t think she was being rude just helping me to not be grossed out (which I wasn’t).
She also didn’t offer a combo which if offered I typically 95% of the time upgrade with a drink and a (hopefully soft) chocolate chip cookie.
I noticed some other reviews about how there is a rude factor but I didn’t witness it with other customers. Also she did offer combos to the other guests.
Over all not the best but probably not the worst.

Lol, I just left this subway and am eating my food in the car. This subway is the worst ever only my friend and I in the place and we could not even get service. I had to call for someone after waiting 5min. This franchise should be closed down its giving all others a bad name. Are the people who work here to good to serve us? Do yourself a favor and pass this place by.

I personally haven’t had a bad experience but I seen it done to other customers. Therefore makes me not want to go back. They were giving a lady rude service when paying with her card. They kept saying it wouldn’t go thru and all they had to do was key in the numbers. there was already a long line so it got pretty bad.

I tried this subway twice since I live nearby.
Both times I had to wait a while before someone could find the time to help me. There was nobody else in the store. The second time I ended up walking out.
I know Subways service varies by location, so I will definitely not be going back here.

What’s the point of ordering online if they’re just going to make ALL your sandwiches once you get there. Not only that rude costumer service I’m sorry but you’re getting paid aren’t you there’s no need for your attitude because now you have to make so many sandwiches. I strongly recommend just walking in with all you sandwich, there’s no point to the online «service». I’ll drive that one extra mile from home for better service. And to top it all of most of the sandwiches were way off. Horrible. I’m very disappointed.

So freaking hot outside today so what’s better than a nice cold sandwich? except they had no a/​c on inside, just some ceiling fans blowing hot air around the room. Sandwich was fine… but I was dying of heat.

The staff is very friendly the part that I did not like about this place they have bad service it took them 20 literally to make 3buffalo chicken with no line… On top of that they start making another other Sanwich that wasn’t even mine Wtf… Not coming here again

I went here twice… both times were horrible experiences. First time I thought it was a fluke, but when I returned for the 2^nd time it was just as horrible. The people here don’t care and are unprofessional — they slap everything together as if they are in a rush. At the end you end up having to put your your sandwich together yourself since it falls apart when you take it out if it’s wrapper. Oh and sometimes they don’t even bother putting on gloves. I much rather take the longer drive to the one on Sepulveda & San Fernando by the Toyota dealership (those people are awesome)

This Subway is not even worth 1 star! They SUCK royal. I eat at many Subways in the LA area because the chopped salads are usually awesome! NOT at this one! I’ve been here twice and today was my last time. The first time last week, I had a chopped salad, I had to ask twice for the girl to add more lettuce. She barely any on, VERY chintzy with all the veggies. Today I went, unfortunately its close to my place so I can walk. This time I had the 12“ham on Italian. Unbelievable! The girl comes in from outside (wearing their plastic food handling gloves) and she comes around the counter to proceed to ask for my order. I boldly asked her if she planned on making my sandwich without changing her gloves. She looked at me disgusted the proceeded to get clean, fresh gloves. After making me a lousy sandwich with barely any veggies I asked for an extra shot of mustard. She must have loaded it with a coup of the yellow mustard and as she proceeded to close and wrap my sandwich I noticed the outside of the bread completely covered in mustard. Unbelievable. Again, I asked her politely to clean the bread off so I dont get mustard all over my hands. She, is a sarcastic tone, said I was the one who wanted extra mustard. I reminded her that I wanted it on the inside of the sandwich. This Subway sucks and they deserve to go out of business! I will never be back and I’ve already told 6 people that live in the area that enjoy a good Subway. If this continues and they tell 6, then they tell 6, etc seven times then almost 280,000 will know not to come to this disgusting crap hole. (This is the only Subway I’ve been in where the sliced meats and veggies are lined with plastic baggies, meaning they keep to sell old product).Disgusting.

I’ve only went here once, but it seemed just as decent as any other Subway. The staff were friendly, they made my sandwich quickly, and the sandwich tasted fine. I have no complaints.

This Subway is very convenient to me and I used to visit on a regular basis but I think I’ve had my last visit a week ago… I was disappointed with the customer service… very rude. I put up with it before because it was so convenient but now I think I’ll travel a little further down to the one on Reseda/​Devonshire.

It’s honestly always a hit or miss at this subway. Their vegetables are usually very fresh! And it’s usually one of the better subways. they give more meat and avocado than other places I’ve gone to.

Worst ever customer service I’ve ever had… don’t even try going there you’ll get disappointed
