Manning Insurance Services (dba: Accessible Health Insurance) is a completely independent firm specializing in health insurance for individuals and businesses. Our clients are located all around the state of California, giving us a great feel for the insurance landscape. We design plans with a focus on risk management, low costs, and tax-​efficiency, which we combine with personalized financial advice aimed at helping clients make better informed decisions.

Our mission is to build lasting client relationships based on a level of trust that is earned through wise counsel, positive results, clear and candid communication, and service that exceeds expectations. We are compensated by sales commissions and we’re transparent in our dealings. Often times our advice and good counsel is engaged without payment. Richard Manning has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. When he first started his agency he envisioned a business where he could help his family, friends and local businesses with their need to understand the complex world of health insurance. Today Richard still has many of the clients that he originally started his practice with and continues to help people understand their options when it comes to health insurance.
