Macias Dry Cleaners

First time using them.
Great! The guy who was helping me was super friendly and my peacoat looks spotless!

First Impressions are that these guys are super friendly.
I’ve been to a few laundry mats that feel like they are a cover for money laundering or something. These guys actually want your business and are totally happy to see you.
We got pants Hemmed for $ 12 each. I also got my suit dry cleaned here pretty cheap.
Only Bad things I can think of
They are closed on Sundays
The Parking lot is tiny so sometimes it can be a pain to get in and out.
Still will keep going back for that friendly and easy service though.

I drive a couple of miles to come to this family run cleaners. My clothes are always well taken care and the Staff are super friendly. 5 Star service.

I bought a dress online for a holiday party and when I got it, it was huge. It looked like a sack on me. I went in and Cindy helped me out. She pinned it where it needed the work, asked me when I needed it and I was out the door. I went back the next week and tried it on, it was awesome. The man who was there when I picked it up (didn’t catch his name) was friendly and attentive. Totally fits in all the right places. I love this place.

I have been very happy with the service at Macias Dry Cleaners. Jerry is always very welcoming. We have used them for regular cleaning and for alterations for my son’s tuxedo. His pants were too baggy, and they gave them a much more stylish look by altering them. I will be taking in some of my shirts to get altered. Great place.

It was my first time ever taking anything to the dry cleaners so I didn’t know what to expect. I had a good amount of clothes that both my boyfriend and I needed hemming and pressing. Jerry was incredibly helpful and had such a great attitude! I’m so glad I found Macias, the prices were great, the quality of work was great, and the service was great!

Definitely one of the best cleaners around! William and Cindy take pride in what they do and it shows. Ive been using them for years and im always satisfied. So if you live in the area give them a try.

I’m really really happy that I found this place on Unilocal.I was looking for a place to get my prom dress altered and out of all the places that I went to, this was the best. The others said that they won’t be able to do it because of how the dress was designed but this place still tried and they succeeded. Everyone there was really nice and understanding. They did their best to make sure that my dress was perfect on me and I only had to go to one fitting! I really recommend you to go here

I’ve used a TON of dry cleaners before, and expected the same mistakes – missing clothes, wrinkles, stains, expensive prices, missed schedules, weird hours, etc.
I’m jaded.
I came by one saturday to get a pair of pants altered. Didn’t really expect much since I was just getting pants hemmed.
But the guy was SUPER friendly. SUPER FRIENDLY.
Ended up coming the next day to drop off my normal dry cleaning load. Normally, when I’m asked when I want it back, the soonest is 3 – 4 days. Nope, not here. 2 day turnaround, on average. And I later find out, they can do same day or next day turnaround. Whoa.
And it also turns out, the super friendly cashier dude is the OWNER. Really humble, really down to earth. It’s a family shop and you FEEL like family.
I kept coming over and over again. No missed schedules, no weird hours (they’re open til 7, so you can still get there WITH traffic). I don’t even live close by… it’s not on my way to work. It’s about 8 miles out of my way, but THAT’s how much I love them.
And the most recent thing, the event that led to this review. I was trying to find parking in the lot, and there was ONE spot left. Of course, the two cars next to it were parked by drivers that color outside the lines, and I couldn’t fit. I had every intent of parking on the street, or across the street at Smart & Final, but the owner RAN OUT with my clothes, took my drop off and sent me on my way.
Is that customer service or what?
Get your dry cleaning done here. Fast. Inexpensive. Mom & Pop shop.

Great price cleaner and never disappoint me! The staff is very nice here especially Jeff he would walk you out to your car if you have a big load of clothes. WIll recommend everyone i know here.

My mom found Macias on Unilocal earlier this summer, and I am so glad she did!
The prices are really good for my husband’s shirt laundry and dry cleaning and the service is excellent. At around $ 2 a shirt for laundry its not even close to worth my time to try and wash and iron myself.
What I really love about this place is the customer service. The two people that I’ve dealt with have both been so friendly and helpful, offering to help me out both times since I’m always there with my daughter.
My husband has dry cleaning in his office but I love supporting such a great local business and therefore am happy to run his clothes by Macias while out running other errands.

After going through three local cleaners near my home who would burn, lose, and break buttons on many shirts and pants, I decided to drive a little further out to visit Macias. These guys not only offer great service at amazing prices, they’re very proud of what they do. The fact that they do things by hand as well as fold and hang things they way you’re supposed to, proves they’re in this business for the long haul. Worth the drive if they’re not close to you.

I always appreciate good customer service and this place goes above and beyond to deliver just that, which I really appreciate! I don’t need dry cleaning often, but I will definitely be looking forward to coming back here.

Great customer service. I’ve tried 3 – 4 dry cleaners prior to Macia’s and non have been able to keep me as a constant customer. Until now, I have now been to Macia’s Cleaners at least 6xs in the last 3 months to drop off clothes. Great customer service and great dry cleaning services.

FANTASTIC, EXCELLENT, AMAZING! I took pants to be altered and shirts to be dry cleaned. The gentleman was attentive and professional. He took his time making sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Good, old fashioned customer service is not extinct. The service provided at Macias dry cleaners proves it. This is the BEST dry cleaners that I have been to in the San Fernando Valley. It’s clean, convenient, has good prices and the service is outstanding. This is (without a doubt) my new go to cleaners. There are a few cleaners closer to my house but, the quality provided by Macias cleaners can’t be beat. Th dry cleaning and alterations turned out perfect.
Note to Macias: You have made a loyal customer out of me.

I was skeptical about this place when I saw their sign for $ 1.75 shirt laundry but since it is close by my place I thought I’d give them a try. When I first walked in I was greeted by the owner (Jerry). We chatted for a few minutes and left my clothes to pick them up the following day (they do same day service as well).
As soon as I walked though the door, I was greeted by my name. That was a shocker, the owner remembered my name. Made me feel like a valued customer. I took a look at my clothes and they turned our great. They earned my business and I’m sure they could earn yours too!
I highly recommend them.
