I needed a last minute home inspector and I turned to Unilocal.I spoke to 3 home inspectors. Out of them 3, Mr. Haitham stood out. I spoke to Mr. Haitham over the phone and I was impressed right away. His professionalism and knowledge projected over the phone. He was punctual/​arrived to the inspection site on time. He was very thorough, helpful, patient, and willing to answer questions that was presented to him. I received an extremely detailed report the very next day. I am a first time home buyer who needed an inspection completed within a short time frame. After looking through all the great reviews, I called a few inspection companies and Haitham answered right away. He was pleasant, informative, and willing to work with our time sensitive schedule.
At the inspection, he made sure to inspect everything and took the time to explain his findings so that we would understand the true condition of the house, as well as the priorities in getting repairs. When the dishwasher started leaking a lot water onto the counter, he even went out to get a t-​shirt from his car to wipe it up because the house was empty and we had no way of cleaning it up! I appreciated the care he took with my maybe-​future home.
Afterwards, Haitham sent the report quickly via email ahead of his projected time frame and made sure to notify me that it was available. Because of something he noticed with the piping underneath the house, he recommended getting a plumber to come in to do a more detailed inspection with a camera in the pipes, which we did. I’m so glad he made that suggestion because the plumber found that the sewage pipe was severely in need of repairs and we would not have known otherwise! We were able to add this to the repair list for the seller and avoid a money pit in the process.

Haitham was a great inspector from start to finish for our townhouse. He was on time, introduced himself and was very professional. He did the walk thru and took pictures along the way for his report. When he was done, he sat down with us and gave us a run through of what he is looking for, what different terms meant that he’d use, and then the rundown of his main findings. He let us ask questions, he informed us how he’d give us the report and that it would be ready in 1 – 2 days (which it was). Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

My husband is a real estate investor and has been working with Haitham for many years now. However, I only had the pleasure of finally meeting him for an inspection on a home my husband and I were purchasing for ourselves recently.
