After experiencing other disastrous phone repair shops and never leaving happy with my phone other than a rubber case AMCPR has been heaven sent to me. I literally always drop my phone, shatter it and never listened purchase the glass protector (which I did this time around). I have never felt at home at a repair shop before. Everything Ive ever needed, they’ve been hands on with and honest about and I wouldn’t ever recommended anyone to go anyplace else but here. They have several locations and all have amazing staff. Love them!

Maybe I’m too cynical (I am) but I’m always convinced I’m going to get scammed, especially for things that I don’t have the expertise to know otherwise like car/​mechanical or technology.
I went into AM Cell Phone Repairs for what I assumed was a shattered iPhone 6+ Space Gray screen.
Instead of telling me some baloney about the screen needing to be replaced (which indecently they were going to charge a competitive $ 129 for) and the frame being bent (which costs extra $$$ of course), etc. the guy takes one look and says, «It’s your lucky day. It’s just the screen protector that shattered.» Lucky day indeed!
Purchased a replacement tempered glass screen for $ 27+change. They put it on while I waited, maybe 3 or 4 minutes. Phone is back to it’s near pristine condition.
I would absolutely bring my devices here again to be repaired.
Thank you for saving me (at least!) $ 100 and being an honest and trustworthy establishment.

Wow, honest guys after my respect not my wallet! Had an issue with my iPad, the cellular connection cease to work and I figured a connector had come loose. The guy at the desktop took one look at it and asked the obvious question, «have you rebooted the iPad?» In all honesty I had not thinking it was a hardware issue. We rebooted the iPad and the problem had solves itself, the connection was working again.
Proves that even IT engineers can be fooled as one repair company took me for $ 25 to investigate the same problem a couple years ago, claiming a loose connector! The guys at AM CPR helped me out instead of cheating me, that is worth a positive review!

I brought it my broken LCD screen and had a slight bend on the back on my iPhone 6. I was devastated thinking the phone would never work and was broken. Steven fixed it for me and did an amazing job in one hour. He honored my 15% off coupon I got from Verizon wireless. I went to them first since they are my carrier and they suggested this place. I love this place! I came here 20 minutes before closing and they took me in and finished repairing my screen with a new one in under 20 minutes. If that wasn’t great enough they have the cheapest prices in the city. I was going to drive 15 minutes away to pay $ 95+ these guys charged way cheaper for my iPhone. Quality is great and they have a 90 day warranty. I think I found my official repair guys.

So i was looking to get my iphone 6 screen replaced and i looked up phone repair shops on Unilocal and this place was the first too pop up, i called and spoke to Adam about the situation with my phone and he explained to me the cost and how long it would take to fix it and all that. So i went in and spoke to both Mike and Adam, they got my phone repaired in less than 30 mins and put a glass screen protector on it :) Im very satisfied with the customer service here and the prices aren’t as expensive as other places. I unfortunately have to change my previous review.
1. They raised the prices last time I went.
2. My screen broke again… but this time it wasn’t that the screen just cracked. The entire face of it came off despite placing a very sturdy cover on it this time because the cover I bought from them fell apart.
3. I had forgotten that I purchased the Apple Care Protection Plus on this phone so I finally took it to the Apple store because it looked really badly mangled. Where they examined it and said right offhand that the screen face was the issue and that it wasn’t an Apple standard screenface and that would technically void the warranty and protection that I had!!! Ugh!!! I guess trying to save a few dollars wasn’t worth it.
4. Despite that the Apple Geniuses were nice enough to REPLACE the phone for $ 79.00. Which is less than what I paid this place for just the new screen.
So moral of the story:
I learned that just like everything else in life, when I try to be frugal, it will cost me more in the long run. I was just lucky that despite the warranty being voided they still replaced my phone.

As I was putting away dishes one day last week my measuring cup slipped out of my hand and landed on my iPhone. My screen was shattered and the image on my screen was so distorted all you could see was black with a few white lines.
I was ready to take out an insurance claim and be without a phone for a day or two when it occurred to me to try and call the smart phone repair companies. I took to Unilocal and found this place. I was not disappointed! The guy on the phone told me to bring it in and all he needed was 30 minutes. I instantly felt relieved. I have a iPhone 6 with a white and silver screen and he had the exact match. Within 30 minutes my phone was as good as new!
I highly recommend this place! 5 stars all the way!

I’ve been here twice, the first time I came in and fixed my iPhone Plus for $ 149, they said it will take them an hour or so, so I gave them two hours. Came back and they weren’t done replacing my phone. When I picked up my phone, after a couple of minutes, the screen started to lift up. The second time around, I went in to get my screen replaced again. The guy wanted to charge me $ 159. So, I am assuming that their prices varies from day to day.
To be honest, there are other places that replaces screen phone for a reasonable price.

GO TO THIS PLACE FIRST !
This place is awesome. Very low key, quick and professional service !
I’d taken my phone to three other places first, including iFixit on Tampa who — while nice guys and attentive — had my phone for three days and couldn’t fix it. All three other places told me to just buy a new phone (I had an iphone 4 with charger problems). A1Phone Repair guys fixed it in 2 hours ! Price was fair and I was back in biz. Couple days a related issue popped and they fixed that free of charge in 15 minutes.
TODAY — My mic was out and I could only use speakerphone. Took it in, place was way mellow and they fixed it in 30. In fact, the mic was a free courtesy gift and they only charged me the 20 bucks for the new case I bought.
You simply can’t ask for better customer service. They make the stress go away fast… Devonshire/​Woodley in the Smart n’ Final plaza.

One would think that a business would offer a repeat customer a slight discount which was not offered when we came in for the third time. (I mentioned we were repeat customers)
So we left and decided to find another place which was cheaper, but ended up coming back because my husband didn’t want to make that drive to the other place which was cheaper.
For this repair, it was the LED/​LCD.
(I keep forgetting which is which)
Anyway, the guy isn’t the warmest person, but he is nice. He fixed the phone quickly and did a great job.
And he even threw in a screen protector for free which made me feel better.
I hope to never come back, but if I need any repairs to any of our iPhones, I will definitely come back to this place.

I’ve been to a few local iPhone repair shops and this has been the cheapest and best service.
I took my moms phone LCD to be repaired and also took my dads and my phone for minor issues.
He quickly did a maintenance on my charge port and my dads home button and they worked like new again. The screen is the same good quality as all other repair shops.
