Very Happy with the Service I have received from Moxie Pest Control. I have had spiders issues inside of my home for years and they have gone above and beyond to help keep them under control. The technicians are always willing to answer any questions I have and have always been polite. When calling them I love that I get to talk to real people and not an automated system and they can generally get me scheduled when it is most convenient for me. I will be recommending them to all of my friends!

Moxie showed up at our door just in time. We’re new homeowners and after moving in, we realized there’s a HUGE ant problem here. They were out within a week to service us. We signed up for them to come out for the next few months to keep things under control. They were so polite and even swept all the eves of our house for spiders and wasps at no charge. They said they’d even help with the snakes that stray away from the creek if needed. I’d recommend Moxie to anyone with ANY pest problem.

They also sent me to collections. Mine was because I was being charged for a service I did not receive. Instead of them taking care of the issue, I was told to pay my bills. If they had provided a service I would have. Why should I pay for something I didn’t receive?

Be careful when ending service. if you dont send a letter in saying your cancelling service 30 days before service is to end, they charge you 80.00! pretty terrible if you ask me. I called in and they wouldn’tt take the 80.00 off. I was told I was going to be sent into collections for it.
