Well once again… went to get the part I ordered… it was there… only half of the came in the box… Had to buy another part just to fix my awning. And as usuall only Cam could help me. and of course he was busier then a one legged man in a jump rope contest. The service counter is set up wrong… three so called service writters at the front, and Cam off to the side. Wouldn’t you think the busiest guy/position should be the first person you encounter for the quickest turn over of parts and money??? I would. And the obstacles you encounter, items for sale, to get to get to the counter needs moved… quick in quick out??? Put those service writters in that parts storage area behind the ‘parts’ counter, open the wall where chairs are… and serve customers with more parts people and not just Cam… Dah… Hate to say it, I’m looking else where for parts…
