Green and McClure Furniture Company has been in business for almost 110 years. Family-​owned since opening. I grew up in Graham, and my family and most of our friends bought almost all of their furniture from this store. The store and its people have a wonderful reputation, which they have earned over decades. Known for their fairness and integrity. I’m sorry to hear the poor review, as it’s so unlike their reputation. Like every business, nothing is perfect — I hope the reviewer will go to the store and try to understand all aspects of his encounter with them.

They refunded my money and took 100% responsibility in a nicely-​written note, and so I’ll give them a star. But the matter shouldn’t have happened, and now I had to get a different recliner that cost me $ 300 more.
