My signature services include resume and cover letter writing, letters of inquiry, and thank-​you/​follow-​up letters. Recent projects have included resumes for professionals in the following industries: retail sales, law, purchasing, media (executive), emergency services, marketing (management), and education. I work closely with clients to develop customized, targeted job search strategies.

Business Owner

Jean Austin, founder and owner of Talents Presented, specializes in creating resumes and job search documents that will command the attention of hiring employers. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the career services arena, and is a professional resume writer, Certified Job Search Strategist (CJSS), Certified Career Management Coach (CCMC), and Certified Online Professional Networking Strategist (OPNS).

Jean holds a Master’s degree in Education from Concordia University Wisconsin.
