I will basically give this place the same rating I gave the people who built it. What a joke! You should see the public pool on Route 17M(between Chester and Goshen). I was there like a week ago to check it out because I was considering the pool membership. Can you imagine… the roof is leaking when it’s raining and all the water is pouring directly to the pool water? There is also no ventilation. There is no air circulation at all ! You can’t even sit on the benches around the pool because they’re always wet. The water vaporize to the air and without any other way out, it simply drops back down on the floor and aluminum benches from the ceiling. Are you kidding me? If you want to come and sit to watch your child swim, you need to bring an extra towel or something to sit on… or your pants will get wet. Another thing is the lighting. You need to see it to believe it. I don’t understand how the parents even let their children swim there in such darkness. All the lights around the pool are flashing into the air… into the ceiling leaving the bottom floor a dark nightmare. And the restrooms… Yes, they have a person who cleans them but why are those 2 tiny restrooms so small? I can not believe this. There is no clothing hangers on the walls anywhere around so kids’ winter jackets, backpacks and towels are laying around on the wet floor and get wet. I swear I will bring my smartphone to take pictures next time and will post them everywhere online. I think this is the worst public pool I’ve ever been to. All thumbs down for this pool management for the job they’ve done on this probably $ 200,000 pool. I can’t believe this pool got thru inspections and was allowed to be opened and got a green light for a public use. I would never hire the company which built this pool to build a pool for me. My real, honest advice — stay away and take your kids elsewhere, at least till they will do lots of changes and make it a real pool. Because as of now, it’s not a swimming pool, it’s a joke!
