Possibly the worst service & least concerned staff I’ve ever encountered at a BK, or any fast food restaurant. The food was okay — but then again, how can you mess up that type of food? Otherwise, the staff was totally unresponsive to the fact that the drink machine was not working properly, that there were no condiments, and that no one was there to «serve» anyone up front. Even the manager showed ZERO concern for anything that was happening, as she was totally preoccupied & oblivious to the growing line of frustrated customers. When told of the issues, the people behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge hearing the complaints. Yet, they somehow STILL managed to screw up several orders — including ours. The whole experience was actually more pathetic than I can express in writing. But, suffice it to say that we aren’t likely to be back. This BK location appears to be very poorly managed. If you go, I’d suggest drive-thru only.
