We are ‘the place’ where anyone with Talent and a Passion for acting, writing, directing or working at anything in Film, TV or on Stage can Live their Dream! Learn from a Master who learned from the Masters (Sanford Meisner, Bill Esper and Seth Riggs). We are the only training program teaching the Meisner Technique and Speech Level Singing in the Hudson Valley with a proven record of success. Four decade of success worldwide on stage, in film and TV have taught us what we will teach you. Our goal is to give you the tools to put your talent to work in jobs that pay whether you are 8 or 80.

History

Established in 2010.

Acting Anyone Academy was established by Willy-​Gilly Productions, Inc. to train actors and film technicians in the Hudson Valley. Acquire the skills you need to move ahead in the Film and TV Industry. Putting actors, writers, directors and technicians to work right herein the Hudson Valley.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

After attending the College of Columbia University, where he majored in eastern religions, Mr. Wilson moved on to acting and theater arts at the famed Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater from which he graduated in 1971. His craft was forged under the direction of legendary acting teachers, Sanford Meisner (The Meisner Method) and William Esper.

David’s work in the entertainment industry spans more than four decades. During this time, he has worked at every level and in virtually every capacity of the industry on more than 100 productions on live stage, in film, television and music. He has acted, written, recorded, produced and directed both in the US and abroad. He began his writing career as an apprentice in the CBS-​TV ‘young writer’s program’ under the tutelage of Sam Rolfe and Fred Freiberger at Lorimar Productions (Dallas, Knots Landing, Falcon Crest, etc.) writing for the critically acclaimed, but short-​lived Ron Liebman series, Kaz.
