Attic Energy Solutions Insulation

This is a family business. It is mainly a father-​daughter team, but other members of the family will help out if needed. The man, B, B, B, something, was very friendly, happy and charismatic. He made you feel like you were his friend. He quoted us a price that I couldn’t pass up, about $ 500 cheaper than other companies I looked at. My attic practically had no insulation at all, so we needed a lot to be up to code. It took about 2 hours, they cleaned up afterwards and everything was fine and dandy… until my husband came home. He is less trusting than I am, so he went up into the attic to measure the insulation. Turns out we did not get the insulation height that we paid for; it was several inches short. My husband tried for days to get a hold of the company. Finally my husband just sent the guy a text and he responded quickly. They were more than happy to come out again and put in more insulation. However, arranging a time for them to come out again was difficult. They kept canceling on us. I was getting a little angry with them. As soon as the guy showed up, I couldn’t help but not be angry. He is a very pleasant person. In the end, we were highly satisfied.
