I’m not sure why this location has gotten such a bad rap. I just bought donuts and an iced latte from the drive thru, they moved people through very fast, were incredibly polite, my latte was well-made. My experience was fantastic so, if leadership has made a change, it’s working!

I’ve visited this location three times. All three times the service as been bad. Since it is a chain, it is hard to mess up the donuts, coffee and ice cream. If you expect bad service, then the place is okay. I have a problem with it when employees are rude, unfriendly and won’t speak to you when you step to the counter to order. For example, on my third visit, I stepped to the counter and waited at least 25 seconds before the employee said anything to me. We just looked at each other for those 25 seconds. After the employee figured it out, he finally said in a sarcastic tone, «may I help you?»

I have been to this place in the past and they were okay, but this morning the rudest workers were there. The first one was acting like she had about 5 too many coffees this morning, and she was talking so fast we couldn’t even order the way we wanted. Then, she ended the order with«pull forward» before we could even finish. When she threw our food at us, she forgot one of our sandwiches and as we were asking her for it she threw up her hand in a way to say«hush» so she could order for the next person. Then, another employee waddled in still half asleep and asked us to pull forward and wait. So we did, and realized we needed a stir stick for our coffee to mix in the bunched up mixed handful of sugars we were given when we asked for«two yellows.» So I went inside to get one, and the lady who first took our order was on her way out the door to bring our sandwich… in such a hurry to not even look up and proceeded to almost run into me and push me out the door until I grabbed the sandwich bag as a way to show her I existed and she said«oh is this yours,» handed it to me, walked away, and I tried asking for a stir stick– to which I got another raised hand to tell me to hush. So I asked the employee who just came in for a stir stick, and she picked one up on one end, and before handing it to me, grabbed it with the other end with her very obviously still dirty fingers/fingernails(I don’t understand how people can have such dirty hands even if they wash their hands once a day). Very disappointed and very rude service, along with the poor hygiene.

Unless you got lots of time to kill just get cofee. Service slower and slower everytime. Customer service is hit and miss. Mostly miss.

Stick to the basics when ordering from this location: donuts, coffee and Baskin-Robbins ice cream I ordered a veggie egg white flatbread sandwich. Half of the cheese was crusty and the other half was melted(see pic) So I returned to have a new one made and received one that had a different type of cheese on it a white cheese and was stone cold, almost frozen. Absolutely unacceptable, I just asked for my money back at this point. I received no apologies just a few eye rolls. Which I don’t take personally I’m sure they were just irritated at the situation but a little customer service does go a long way for future reference.

Always slow and almost never right with my order, which is always hashbrowns and one donut(not that difficult!) Half the time I’m not given one of the items, and my donut order is totally wrong 75% of the time.

Expensive, DD use to make their donuts in their stores, now they are made offsite and most of the time you get stale donuts.
