History

Established in 1971.

Taylor’s Automotive, Inc. was established in 1971 as ESSO in the Goochland Courthouse by George D. and Jerry D. Taylor, father and son.

In 1976, brothers, Lee Roy and Jerry Taylor built a new business at Rt. 522 & Rt. 632, NAPA Auto Parts & Taylor’s Exxon Service Center.

In 2002, renovations & additions to our buildings expanded business to include a Convenience Center & Café inside the Exxon. New modern canopy & pay-at-the– pumps service were all part of the transformations. A new garage was built in the back of the building & expanded with new equipment for computerized front-end alignments.

Today, Taylor’s Café offers the convenience of one-the-go lifestyle for grabbing a quick, fresh & balanced meal that won’t hurt your pocket or fueling up & the convenience of shopping for quick items when you’re in a hurry. NAPA is in the same location for all your parts, tools & equipment needs. Taylor’s Service Center is a full service automotive mechanic shop that offers many conveniences
