Shawndell A.

Business Owner

Shawndell is a life long resident of Ascension Parish and graduate of St Amant High School in 1988. She began working in high school for her father’s children’s clothing store, Children’s World. The business later became a school uniform business in which she managed until opening her own school uniform business, The Uniform Post in 1999 in Gonzales, LA. She married in 1992 to Chad Anderson, a 1986 graduate of East Ascension High School, and he is currently a SGM in the La Army National Guard. They have to daughters, Kaylin and Korie, who are 2008 and 2013 graduates of East Ascension High School. Both daughters work the family business as well. They attend St Mark Catholic Church.
