Indeed in the drive-thru you will be waiting. This could be because its near a Shopping Center. I always hesitate to get anything from any food place or coffee shops because most of the time the food/drink is made sloppy. In this case I was wrong, the frapp was good.

GROSS. No soap dispenser in the men’s room. I have been here twice and both times took a dump. No soap dispenser in the men’s room. How is this okay? Insanity!!! TWOSTARS!!!

The coffee was not made correctly lol. The soy milk was spoiled, as it often it is(chunky at the bottom of the cup). The barista happily re-made my drink

Consistently dysfunctional staffing and service. The store is always dirty, disorganized and disappointing. Every time we try to order drinks and/or food here they rarely get it right, take forever(longer than any other store we have been to) and really never seem to care. Starbucks as a brand should get involved to fix this absolute mess of theirs. Today we ordered several drinks and the store was basically empty. It took over 20 minutes to get some of the drinks we ordered and we left before receiving all of them. No one working in this store even cared to notice. So sad… We have a rather significant operation in the area and everyone in our company has similar stories to share. It’s hard to believe that these operational and personnel issues are never addressed. We struggle to understand how the management and owners of this operation can live with knowing their store is an embarrassment to the brand.

Despite the convenience of this location, this is hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone different days of the week at different times of the day and it lets me down time and time again. One Sunday afternoon, I spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I was stuck and unable to get out of line once I realized how slow the service is. I’m not sure if they are underemployed or if the employees are just too social, but I don’t recommend getting coffee here if you’re in a hurry or have any set plans that day.

The worst customer experience even though the drinks were made well. We literally had to ask if they were still open because we were standing at the register for so long. There wasn’t even anyone else there. She also didn’t call out our drinks. She just placed them there and waited for us to come get them. There were several workers there but I guess no one was there to actually work.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and still 2 cars ahead of me!

Finally a STARBUCKS! Stop by on my way to New Orleans. I was in major need of coffee. Something better than gas station junk coffee. Even though other Unilocaler complained about being crowded. Today wasn’t crowded at all. It was pretty chill. It actually said it was closed on Unilocal, but it wasn’t. Bathroom was decent. Trust me it’s so much better than gas station bathroom. Staff was friendly and got my order came out quickly. Grabbed my coffee and I was on my way.

The bathroom at this Starbucks is pretty gross. The only I stop here is to purchase some purchase some merchandise I need. The sink and toilet looks like it needs some delimer or really strong toilet bleach type cleaners. I just don’t understand why the toilet and sink are disgusting. I lose my appetite to order a drink or food beverage. The baristas are nice and helpful. One guy took his time out to help me find the tumbler I was looking for! This would be a five star place if they can get some professional cleaning to their women bathroom.

Good coffee. Slow service. I definitely don’t blame the place at all. This particular Starbucks is located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge right next to a Tanger Outlet. All the trappings for a ton of people visiting this location.

This Starbucks is ALWAYSALWAYSALWAYS crowded!!! In an effort to be proactive, we ordered from our phone thinking it would save us time… NOPE. We pulled into the parking lot and couldn’t even find a spot to park. The drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot as well. Once we parked and got in, the line inside was just as bad. And of course, we had to wait… and wait… and wait some more. We eventually were told the system didn’t print our ticket and were refunded for our drinks. I appreciate the compensation but our time was most important in this instance. Something seriously needs to be done so this place can better accommodate customers. The system currently in place is NOT working. C’mon Starbucks, we expect more from you. Especially since we are dropping so much money every time we stop by. Fix this please!

This Starbuck is the perfect stopping point between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. I have had good and bad experiences inside and through the drive-thru. Once I came early on a black Friday on the way back to NOLA(we are talking about 6:30am, which is early for me), the line for the drive-thru was snaked around the small parking lot and out into the Outlet mall. Yet, when I walked in, there was only one other customer, and was served much more quickly. I can imagine as the day went on, they got busier. The quality is about the same as other Starbucks, except the drinks always seem to be slightly off, the carmel machiatto, I think they don’t use enough carmel, and so on. Staff is friendly, and the inside seems to be clean enough.

Hope you’re not in a hurry :) The staff is friendly… Coffee is always perfect. But once once or twice it has taken up to fifteen minutes to get through the drive through. Kind of makes you re-think your coffee choice.

Tall hot chocolate add cinnamon. YUM His Gonzales location is suited right between tanger outlet and cabelas. My order was correct, not too hot and delivered quickly. My only complaint was that the drive through is pretty tight. My husband drives a big truck and he had to seriously pay attention to where he was going.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve EVER visited. Nothing much more than that to be said. Starbucks is Starbucks, but never before have I waited twenty minutes to get coffee with only three people in line(inside). Workers clearly disinterested in customer service. Just making time with each other… I guess It’s a good place for a dating hookup if you work there. SEVEN workers but moves as slowly as if one one person on staff. They were more interested in hitting on one another and chatting about the condition of the restrooms than they were in taking care of customers. Go somewhere else… it couldn’t be much worse and you couldn’t wait much longer. heck, get coffee from the gas station. they might be nicer AND more attentive.

WAYTOSLOW! I waited 14 minutes in drive though with only 5 cars a head of me. So I was thinking ok they must be busy inside. I pull up and look and their was only 4 people in there. Their reason for being slow was we are under staff. Well looking through these review I see people have complained about the same thing 3 mouths ago. So what’s really going on at this Starbucks. My drink was good, but so not worth the wait

Came in while its was packed and the streets are backed up. But the service was on point, busy as it was I’ve waited longer being the only one in line at other Starbucks. And here no more waiting. Service 9⁄10. Area 2⁄10.

It’s starbucks ! Love the products, and so does everyone else. So this place is buzzing all morning long, it’s on my way to work and I’m late almost every day so I just look at the long line and sigh. But when I do go through the line, it really does move. sometimes I think the drive thru is faster than the shop. Also I use my phone app to pay and sometimes have trouble with it. They are always nice and patient and have a smile on, they really pay attention to their customers. The store is also really busy, I tried to do some business there but it’s really hard to find a table most days. It’s also at the entrance to the tanger mall so if it’s a busy mall day it will be hard to get in and out. I only go during the week, never on saturday !

I’m not a fan of chains and I’m not a fan of Starbucks. This Starbucks didn’t have lemon for my iced tea so I felt I had been sold an incomplete product. When I ordered my unsweet iced tea with lemon the fellow taking my order replied, «we don’t have lemonade» and I repeated that I just wanted unsweet tea with lemon and he again said, «we don’t have lemonade» so again I said loudly(in my best army command voice), «I just want a slice of lemon with my tea» and then he miraculously understood the English language and told me that they don’t have lemons. I like my coffee dark black with nothing else in it and my tea unsweet with noting but lemon and Starbucks tries to sell you God awful concoctions full of sugar and all manner of other atrocities to nature that should never be consumed. Starbucks and I just don’t get along in general but if you’re going to sell iced tea you better damn well carry lemon wedges or I’m going to be extremely unhappy and put you on my one star list! Tip: Hey why not carry lemon and teach your staff to understand English and stop injecting all that sugar as clearly its rotting your brains or impacting your hearing?

What could I possible add. this is your typical Starbucks chain coffee. Gets me through the day when I’m in the area but I certainly don’t make a special trip for it. This location is small which is surprising for the location next to Cabela’s and Tanger; I would think it would be much larger for these 2 reasons. Usually I will go through drive through for lack of seating. They do have outdoor seating area which faces the interstate and Hwy 30 which is a disappointment. I’ve always had good service and good coffee. I am a café au lait connoisseur so I may not be the best to rate however I do feel it is a decent cup of coffee. This location also offers a limited menu but we still do not have a full service menu location in the area which is something I am hoping for in the future.
