Hired them to remove a leaning tree in our front yard in MARCH. The job included a stump grinding. The tree removal went fine. But the stump grinder was broken the day they removed my tree. Thus leaving my front yard with an ugly stump. The sales man promised to grind my stump within 7 days. It’s JUNE and my stump still isn’t ground. After numerous calls, I was told (more like berated) by the owner that they wouldn’t grind my stump because they had «bigger» jobs to handle. It obvious they are taking on too many jobs without the staff and equipment to handle them all. Beware when hiring these guys. When I filed a complaint with the BBB they made false accusations in regards to blocked calls they’d received.
