Mac Shac

Do not go here!!! I wish I could give this place negative stars!!!
So, in the years long struggle with my computer, I brought it go Mac Shac to have an erase and install done… copy my drive onto an external drive, put leopard on my computer, then transfer the junk back to my computer. for free since Apple is paying. So I turned my computer in over a week ago… waiting waiting. nobody calls me to tell me it’s ready. So I have to call them today and got a confusing answer about my computer and they said to call back later in the afternoon. I do this, and the guy tells me that it’s ready. first of all, why didn’t they call in the first place. Second, why do I have to call twice to get a yes or no answer.
So i’m home with my computer now… and guess what?! they did not install Leopard onto my computer like they were supposed to!
Overview: –It took a week and 2 days to get my computer back.
–bad customer service since they didn’t even call me to tell me it was ready.
–They didn’t even do the work that was required.
