Hayashida & Associates Physical Therapy, inc. first opened in Goleta at 7070 Marketplace Drive. After many successful years this location moved to the heart of Goleta at 6030 Hollister Ave (right in front of Twin Lakes Gold Course). There are two additional clinics located in Santa Barbara and Montecito. We offer exceptional physical therapy services with excellent customer service. Our goal is to decrease your pain and optimize your movement so you can return to the activities that you love.

What a great operation! The receptionist always smiles and is very helpful with any insurance issues as well as appointments.
The facility is clean and modern. The assistants are constantly cleaning and helping you with exercises.
Alex, my physical therapist, is excellent. His patience and knowledge is evident with his professional, yet friendly demeanor. He has helped me with my recovery immensely. Very glad I came here!

I think this is their old address, they’re over at the intersection of Hollister and Fairview now. Anyway, I had a great experience at Hayashida. I had knee pain that stopped me running for over a year. A friend told me about Hayashida so I got a referral from my doctor and tried them.
My physical therapist, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me work on the fundamental problems I had with core strength that were affecting my knee, and it has taken several months, but I am now back in action, running several miles at a time.
The staff are very friendly and the physical therapists and very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them very highly!
