according to there web site goleta transmission repairs rare vintage transmissions. i have a 65 ford with a c4 not that rare or vintage. i called them up told them what i had they said sure no problem bring it on down. i had to go rent a trailer. lode it up it was no easy task (the trans did not work) and drove over a hour to get there. pulled in the driveway and they said we are not working in that van. HELPFUL HINT i took it to alphonso’s transmission just down the street with no appointment he had it out totally rebuilt and back in in no time.

Took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for its 50 000 mile service. Transmission was a bit growly in reverse and not very smooth. Got charged for regular service only, but transmission is smoother and quieter than new. Fast service, friendly staff. Got the car back the same day. I’m happy and will be back.
