A native of Santa Barbara, Bruce founded Garcia Rock and Water Design in 1991 with a commitment to fine craftsmanship and a vision to share the city’s inherent beauty. He brings more than 25 years of hands-​on experience to each project.

My name is Bruce Garcia and creating art in the garden is my business. I am a landscape contractor based in Santa Barbara, California and specialize in the design and construction of circulating water features such as fountains, ponds, creeks, water gardens, lakes and Koi ponds.
