I love this place, the employees are really nice and the ice cream is really good. They give you variety amounts of ice cream to choose from with a variety amounts of toppings. Its a good place to get Ice cream

Worst experience I have had in along time. I was treated so rudely by the female employee working there tonight. I came in with my 2 daughters around 5:45 looking forward to the delioous ice cream they have. My first daughter ordered 1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop of pumpkin ice cream in cup with the cone. She argued 4 times with my daughter that there was no cone in a cup. Finally I stepped in pointed to the display of cups with the waffle cones in them, she kept saying where, where. Then it got worst when my second daughter ordered her ice cream, my daughter ordered the same as the first. What a disaster that was. The employee gave her 1 big scoop of pumpkin in the cup and no chocolate. I then asked her about the chocolate and she then started to argue with me saying that’s not what she ordered. I then told her let’s make this easy, make it exactly like my other daughters, she said I can’t I already put a big scoop of ice cream and I will have to charge you more. I told her I don’t care I will pay more. Then I got the rolling of the eyes and the mad body language. When I went to the register to pay she started engaging me again saying you know I was only trying to save you some money. I guess next trip will be that frozen yogurt store that’s in the same block.

Hey what’s the beef? It’s an ice cream place and they have ice cream the gal who helped us was friendly, engaging, responsive, concerned about our status(personal. no details here). It all works for me.

Cold Stone is a place my family loves to go to until tonight. The employee making our our creations was disappointing. I never been to a cold stone where the employee put back ice cream after it hit the stone. Plus the store was dirty. I think the health department needs to be called. Plus other customers had heaping amount of ice cream and ours was just to the top. Plus there was an employee kicking out customers from the outside tables 15 mins before they were closing. Later she sat outside while a man in a Shazam shirt and flip flops was putting up chairs and cleaning tables. Earlier he was sitting in the corner next to tables and chairs already put away by 9:30. I thought you closed at 10:00.

I love their ice cream, but the employees can be really rude. I wasn’t greeted. I said hi, but they didn’t even acknowledge me. They need to hire people that are enthusiastic about their job. Step up your customer service PLEASE! Especially the staff working there tonight.

To keep this place running there has to be some changes. First of all the workers here have to be more friendly and understanding, instead lack of interest in what they do. There was a Time when I came to this store 5 minutes before they closed but they were already closed. I drove 5 miles going about 60/mph average for that BPJ Ice Cream and they are not going to give it to me because they felt like going home early would make the owner more money :(

I have to say how utterly disgusted I was with these 2 ladies on the staff. They were so rude to me. I have been getting the same thing since I was a child: rainbow sprinkles, LOTS of rainbow sprinkles, and cookie dough. She told me, only after she had already poured 4 scoops of sprinkles onto my ice cream mix that she would be charging by the scoop. Bitch I was not born yesterday and I am not paying $ 4.00 for some candy sprinkles. As I was leaving, she and the other employee proceeded to gossip for everyone to hear, which is so unfortunate for the owners because they just lost a good customer. For $ 5.80, you could get a gallon of ice cream from Albertsons, which happens to be across the way. It’s cheaper, and you won’t have to settle for an incompetent broad scooping your ice cream with a stank ass attitude.

I love Cold Stone Creamery… but this particular Cold Stone is alright. It seems like they’re cheap on their toppings. I thought it was just a fluke but it’s happened more than once. I ordered a Gotta Have It and they only put in one scoop of almonds and one fun sized Heath bar. That translates to: too much ice cream and not enough crunchy goodness. I use to live in Orange County and the few Cold Stones I went to left me with spoonfuls of crunch with every bite. But for this Cold Stone, I would like to have some texture with my ice cream! SO, I ordered a Coffee Lovers at a Gotta Have It size for $ 6.35. Please don’t be cheap on the toppings. :(

I ordered a cake online and set a pick up time of 11am. I took off from work and showed up at 11:15 and the store was closed. There was a paper sign on the door stating that the hours had changed. This is problematic as I scheduled a pick up and took off work to get there. I got the cake home and alas, the order was wrong. The cake looked right from the outside, it had the right frosting and the right greeting, but the rest of the order was wrong. The ice cream flavour was wrong, the mix-ins were wrong, and the filling was wrong. This was a big disappointment because there was no way to tell until we cut into the cake. These two fiascos on one small order will prevent me from coming back.

The staff is often very rude. For example, I tasted some ice cream that tasted bad after I had paid and they refused to give a refund in a very unprofessional way. Combined with being unhealthy and overpriced, I will never go here again.

Cold stones is a wonderful creamery. Usually has great energetic staff. Great assortment of ice cream, toppings, sweets. Their funnel cake mix and chocolate lava cake mix is awesome! You have to go here! If you tip them, they will sing for you. It’s kind of weird. Easy parking and lively feel.

Oh Coldstone… now I understand why you were empty when I entered. FIVE dollars and some change for a SMALL ice cream with two toppings? I couldn’t get over how much I paid fast enough to enjoy my small ice cream in a cup! I could have gone to Yo Yum Yum Yogurt down the street where I can get a large bowl with at least 3 toppings for five dollars or less but I decided to stick with an oldie… it will go down as just that in my book, old. In with the new… I’d rather drive down to Pinkberry where it’s 4.50 for a regular :) And to top it off… no singing.

How can you go wrong with a Cold Stone Concoction? They host a lot of fundraisers for the local schools and UCSB clubs, so pay attention because your gluttony may help fund some needed programs! Usually the kids are stalking the front entrance to let you know about the money they’re trying to raise…
