Our practice is focused on helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own, or haven’t been treated fairly by an insurance company. McFarland, we offer devoted representation, fair pricing, and personal service that only a family law firm can provide. We are focused on assisting victims who have been hurt, or haven’t been treated fairly by an insurance company. We have dedicated our lives to helping injured victims receive the compensation they are entitled to. We exclusively represent plaintiffs, never insurance companies! We handle a small number of cases, so that each can receive the full attention it deserves.

Business Owner
Zach McFarland attended undergraduate school at The Colorado College, and earned his degree in International Political Economy in 1995. He graduated from The University of Colorado School of Law in 1998, and immediately formed McFarland Law Offices with his father, who had already been practicing law in the Denver-metro area for many years.
Zach has spent his entire career representing people who have been injured in all kinds of accidents, and who have been unable to receive fair compensation from the responsible parties. Zach has represented people who have been injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, and insurance bad faith claims. He is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He lives is Arvada with his wife and two children. He loves surfing, basketball and playing guitar.
