History
Established in 2004.
Take Root Colorado was Founded in 2004, Daniel Herron begin his real estate career coming out of Real Estate Title work. Title is the back end of real estate, where the closing are done. Complicated work, but it was the best start, because knowing the ins and outs really set Daniel up with knowledge most realtors don’t have.
In 2007, Daniel took the company to Keller Williams Real Estate, where they have thrived under the umbrella of a company that is focused on winning for its agents and consumers.
In 2010, Daniel Herron and Stanley Birch partnered together and created www.takerootcolorado.com. The partnering up freed them both to do the things they are best at.
For many years they have been focused on real estate investments. Analysis is their strength, knowing what a home is worth and what to do, and maybe more importantly what not to do to a home.
They’ve brought that investment back ground to their Sellers and Buyers, and it works really well!
Meet the Manager
Daniel H.
Manager
Born and raised in East Africa, by parents who did community development work (AIDS seminars, immunizations for kids, health clinics, clean water, schools and more). Daniel has a unique perspective that really helps in the business world. Its not about the money for Daniel, its about lifestyle, helping people make good decisions, impacting the world like his parents taught him to do. Freedom to be involved in his kids lives, and in partnering with organizations like Manna Worldwide, who feed kids in over 100 countries, and The Cross Ministry Group, who lead experiential spiritual weekends to help free people up to live in the truth of who they are.
Daniel hates high pressure sales, and likes to know and understand what he is buying and selling. So he treats customers the same way. If he didn’t believe that a home was a good investment, then he wouldn’t be in real estate. Get face to face with Daniel and you can see that he genuinely cares about people.
