I recently remodeled a house in Arvada and I wish I knew about Manleyman when I started I first hired them about a year ago to fix some tricky plumbing issues, and since then they’ve done a bunch of work and fixed all the screwed up messes my original contractor left me with. I’ve used them for painting A LOT of trim which is a miserable picky job that his crew did a perfect job with, carpentry, construction, electrical, a basement remodel with major changes to lighting, and I’m looking for another junker house in Colorado with confidence only because I have Manleyman to remodel it. I own a couple places in Chicago and I wish I could clone Manleyman and store the clones in my closet in Chicago. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years in gut rehabs and remodels and Manelyman is the best. Plus the owner, Clint, is a very decent, honest fellow with great design and taste genes which I lack. Clint’s saved me thousands with good suggestions to his detriment — he gave me much less expensive options for some of my projects when I hired him to do the more expensive work. He didn’t have to do that — he’s just a good guy. They are very detail oriented people and leave my house spotless, which I appreciate. His rates are very reasonable (I told Client he should raise them).

WARNING STAY AWAY. WORK NOT GUARANTEED. Hired and Fired company to do a bathroom remodel. The company lacks the ability to measure correctly, understand tiling, attention to detail, and produce professional results. Work was so poorly done it required a total tear out! The guy put a hole through our wall and could not even patch it correctly. I had a professional company inspect the bathroom and they also agreed the work was done incorrectly. I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews. This is written to protect people from paying for a product that is below professional grade for the money paid.

I’m thrilled that I found and hired Clint and his crew to help with my renovation. They did an amazing job and the experience, from start to finish, was great. He’s not your typical handyman: reliable, detail oriented, a problem solver, highly skilled, smart, professional, honest and just an all around good guy. I will without question hire him again when something comes up. If you get the chance to work with Clint and his team, do it — there aren’t many handymen like him out there.

I used Manley Man to install a 75-​foot picket fence in my yard. They did an outstanding job as far as quality and timeliness goes. they offer competitive pricing for jobs (they also installed a hand railing in my other house) and are realistic about how long a project will take and what it will cost.
