While I didn’t necessarily go there for my bike to be serviced. I certainly was pleasantly surprised when I went in to get my daughter’s wheelchair repaired. We were on our family vacation from Los Angeles and our tension cable to tilt the wheelchair(Convaid Rodeo) broke. This was the first time that the cable broke and we were left with the inability to change the wheelchair’s position. Which being over 1000 miles away from home, and this being the first time taking our quadriplegic daughter on such a long road trip, and not knowing how to fix this, created a daunting problem for us. We eventually realized that the mechanism used to tilt the wheelchair was very similar to a bike braking system, we decided to find a local bike repair shop. We were very fortunate to find Matt, who saw our wheelchair and quickly took the challenge to fix it. He not only fixed it but was friendly and helpful. It was clear he was very experienced with bikes and knew what he was doing even though he never worked on a Convaid wheelchair. I can’t thank Matt enough for helping us and we highly recommend Matt! He was more than willing to go above and beyond in service.

Best custoner service in Golden(however all bike shops in golden are great, not putting anyone down). Talk about a great new location, right in South Golden/Pleasant View. There selection of high end bikes is great, and if they do not have the bike/size you need, they have 2 other shops and will ship it over asap. Friendly, knowledgable, and locally owned, what more could you ask for. Not to mention they will be building frames there soon, can’t wait to be one of the first to own one of their creations.

As expected. Great. Matt, manager, was super friendly and helpful. A whole lotta GU for me, but I enjoyed my visit. Live in great Golden and need a bike? You have a place to go. 4.5% sales tax because: unincorporated county. P. S. Please note that the building addresses nearby are NOT in order. Strange for Colorado, but normal for New England.
