Christopher’s Collision Center

I was referred to Christopher’s Dodge World collision center through Geico insurance. One of their clients hit me and it was his fault so I went through there insurance. I wish I would have never went to the collision center. My car was not repaired up to my standards and I got a second opinion and I was told they didn’t do a professional paint job. My paint didn’t match the rest of my car and there was «orang peel» paint on my bumper. I told Dan the manager and he was making excuses up to why the paint looked the way it did. I tried to talk to Nicole Launspach, who was my Gieco insurance adjuster I was working with and she was totally rude and unprofessional. She didn’t return my phone call when I called her I finally talked to her when I went back in to talk to Dan about my car.
All in all I am very disappointed with the customer car and professionalism of this company. I just wanted my bumper on my SUV to look the way it did before the accident. I wouldn’t recommend this collision center to anyone and beware to those who purchase cars through the dealership. The paint jobs are not good.

I recently went to Christopher’s Collision Center to get a bumper painted. We went to this particular shop because we wanted the best paint job and figured because they were connected to the dealership it would be well worth our money. This was not the case! My friend dropped off the bumper for them to paint. He was given the run around, little did they know he is a mechanic and very knowledgable. They told us all we needed to do was bring my car by so they could get a good look at the color. No worries– I drove car over to shop. They looked at my car and said that color would not match 100% perfectly, but very close. No problem. They said it would be a couple days (this was on a Wednesday) So I left, with my car and waited patiently. I called on Monday morning to check on status and they told me it was done! My friend picked up bumper and installed bumper and the color was COMPLETELY OFF. He returned bumper and the staff got annoyed and said we told you it wasn’t going to match perfectly. Meanwhile I have already paid for paint job. $ 580. Then they continued to give us run around when it was going to be done, etc. Throughout the week I had to constantly call and follow up and find out status of bumper. I was working with a man named Jay. He acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor by finalling offering me a rental car. 5 days later they finally got the color right. They were not honest from the beginning and frankly were very unprofessional. To top it off, I just recieved a phone call from Enterprise wondering who was paying for the rental car and who was the contact at the shop. When Jay told me he was taking care of it the entire time. I will never go back. They do not follow up, they are not organized and were expensive.
