History
Established in 1981.
For over 30 years, the law firm of Caldecott & Forro has helped individual and business clients in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, and throughout Minnesota, handle a variety of legal issues in areas that include small business formation and organization, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, family law, bankruptcy, labor and employment law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
Meet the Business Owner
David F.
Business Owner
With a strong background in the private sector and labor relations, David Forro understands the importance of proper business formation, planning, and employment law. Forro has been serving Minnesota business, families and individuals for over 30 years.
Earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974, Forro worked as an assistant to the Vice President of Labor Relations and General Counsel for American Hoist & Derrick for 5 years and then as the Labor Relations Manager for Minneapolis Electric Steel Castings.
A law degree from William Mitchell College of Law followed in 1983. Forro is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has since served as a Director for the Hennepin County Bar Foundation, a AAA No-Fault Arbitrator and is an arbitrator on the Qualified Neutral Roster maintained by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
