Tech 2 U

Took our laptop here to have it diagnosed. They called the next day and let me know that the hard drive was broken. Then they hit me with what the repair would cost, close to $ 400 to replace it! That was almost half of what I paid for the computer! So I declined the repair and picked up my computer. I bought the replacement hard drive straight from Dell for $ 100 and then called tech 2 u back to see what they’d charge to load the operating system, software and drivers on it, $ 169 plus tax, totally a rip off! So I took my laptop further down sunrise blvd to ubreakifix and they loaded my hard drive for only $ 95 AND did it in a little over an hour. Tech 2 u’s prices are way too high, only reason I gave them three stars was because the diagnosis they gave was free and accurate
