Doug Rothschild is an accomplished lawyer and a respected member of the plaintiff’s trial lawyer bar. His experience and background brings a unique perspective to the cases he prepares.

Mr. Rothschild has successfully litigated cases involving automobile and other vehicle accidents, products liability, asbestos, employment, medical malpractice, construction negligence, premises liability, and many other actions for Californians injured by others.

Recently, Mr. Rothschild served as co-​trial counsel for plaintiffs’ against Philip Morris and R.J. Reynolds tobacco companies. This trial in San Francisco resulted in a jury verdict of more than $ 2.5 million for the family of a deceased smoker. This verdict has been upheld on appeal and the tobacco companies have paid the judgment. Additionally, Mr. Rothschild has obtained numerous pre-​trial settlements for his clients in a variety of personal injury cases.
