History

Established in 2000.

Chef Patti came to Oregon from Hawaii where she had established a restaurant in «Don Ho’s» name to great acclaims… then on to establishing two restaurants in Waikiki… fulfilling a dream, moved here to the beautiful Oregon Coast and opened this little Bakery/​Bistro eatery. Starting out as a take out bakery, and had to expand to sit down bistro within the first year.

Business Owner

Culinary trained after several years as a teacher… moved to Hawaii to expand culinary skills. Worked for Outrigger Hotels for 15 years, then on to opening «Don Ho’s» Paniolo Café on the North shore… returned to Waikiki to start two restaurants in the «International market Place»…Followed a calling to move to the Northwest and opened a well received little bakery/​bistro
