Gold Bar Trading Post

As anyone who has seen my reviews, I do not like to give a full boat rating to any place but this place is fantastic. Last November we had a wood burning stove installed into our basement to make the family room a bit warmer during the winter months and we need to find a place to buy wood. I looked on Craigslist and various other local places and then I happen to find the Gold Bar Trading Post. This place has got firewood like no one’s business. We do not have truck and use our SUV to pickup firewood and therefore wood sold in bundles is absolutely perfect. The Gold Bar Trading Post sells in bulk or bundles. Chris has helped me select many types of wood to burn in the stove. This is probably the only place to buy the Brazilian Ironwood. Let me tell you this stuff burns extremely hot and long. If you have a wood burning stove and need to buy wood in bundles this is the place to visit. This is definitely a family run business that is open everyday except for Sunday and Monday’s.
