everything listed there came to fruition. the company cancelled 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up leaving 15 people stranded in boston in need of transport.
credit card company notified after seeing Unilocal’s hidden review section, luckily they are taking action.

Not the greatest at communicating with clients, i.e. I never received a contract/​invoice and they make you pay for gratuity ahead of time. However, the limo showed up on time for my wedding, was a black limo as I requested, and was able to get two different groups of people to the ceremony on time and without getting lost. He also drove us around to take pictures at various sites. We were told the price included soda, water, champagne and a red carpet. I didn’t pay all that much attention but we definitely enjoyed a bottle of champagne, however, no red carpet (which wasn’t a big deal). The driver helped me into the limo at the hotel and was good about keeping us on schedule. Dave was available via telephone the few times I talked to him. He was also able to provide the contact info for a few references that gave him outstanding reviews. Overall they showed up on time and there were no major issues. The price was the best I could find and I called a ton of places. I would recommend them if you’re on a budget.

My wife booked this service somewhat last minute for an 18 person party bus to take our daughter and her friend’s to their Prom. Later, I read the 2 unenthusiastic reviews previously written on Unilocal and I was a little worried, not least because we live about 70 miles from Goffstown. Fortunately, everything turned out fine. The party bus arrived on time, the driver (Peter) was polite and well-​presented, and the bus was relatively new, very clean and apparently in good condition. Things went off without a hitch except my daughter left her phone on the bus. Dave called the next day to make sure we were pleased with the service and assure us he would get us our phone back later this week.
