Established in 1964.

Tarrant Real Estate began as a Real Estate Listing office. Since then it has evolved into a full service Real Estate Appraisal service, providing single family residential appraisals for various needs to our clients. We are currently providing service in the state of Illinois, in the following counties of: Madison county, Jersey county, Macoupin county, and St. Clair county. We also service portion of Bond county and Montgomery counties in Illinois. We specialize in FHA, Mortgage lending, foreclosure, Pre-​Foreclosure, Estate Planning, PMI removal, Divorce Cases, and Expert Witness Appraisal reports. I have been in the Real Estate Appraisal business for 20+ years. I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Illinois. I use the most upto date technology to assist in providing the most recent types of appraisal reports for various needs. I take the most upto date continuning education courses available, to keep up with the ever changing art of Ral Estate Appraising.
