History

Established in 1998.

Hello my name is Randy Applegate — I first became an affiliated Home Inspector through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) in 1998 and then in 2002 joined NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors). My NACHI ID Number is: NACHI13040507. At present I am working on my «Master Inspector Certification» (there are currently only 3 in the state of Virginia) of which I hope to a attain in the next few months. Additionally, I currently teach Engineering, Drafting and AutoCAD at Gloucester High School.

As a professional in the building industry I have more than 25 years experience in the construction trades and real estate arena. For more than 10 years, I owned and operated a Home Improvement Contracting business in the Washington D.C. area, was a licensed real estate appraiser for 5 years, and have been a professional Home Inspector since 1998. In 2008, My wife, Pam and family moved to Gloucester to pursue additional goals of education and teaching

Pam is a Co-​Owner and Business Manager. Pam is currently studying to be a certified inspector as well. Pam has a Masters Degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Her work background has given her experiences in Banking, Insurance and Real Estate. You can expect to see Pam in the field on Inspections, as she is completing her certification training
