Specialties
Creative tavern style comfort food with modern twist of ingredients. We feature homemade specials every day fresh out of the kitchen, and delicious creative, fun cocktails, and a wide variety of beers and beverages.
Pasta is house made, all our sauces, gravies and even hand cut fries to hand dipped onion rings are lovingly created in our 525 kitchen.
All the furnishings were hand chosen to create a comfortable, modern yet antiquated tavern feel with an ode to old Magnolia in mind.
We designed the curved bar to garner and invite conversation, rather than a straight line bar that makes it hard to interact with others and larger groups.
We offer comfortable booth seats, some oversized to accommodate larger parties, and smaller booths and tables for more intimate meetings and dates.
We have high tops and a great outdoor patio where you see and hear the sights and sounds of Lexington Avenue.
Our cocktail list, food menu and music are all specifically designed to take you back to the roots of Magnolia. Friendly, open, fun and delicious — that’s what we specialize in!
History
Established in 2014.
In 2014 a project entitled the Revitalization of Lexington Avenue began in Magnolia. The 525 Tavern is the anchor, premier project of this undertaking, it was specifically built and designed with the village of Magnolia in mind to be both beautiful and comfortable.
The cuisine is tavern comfort food featuring modern ingredients. We offer seafoods, pastas, best of burgers, and creative specials nightly.
All the furnishings were hand chosen to create a modern yet antiquated tavern feel with an ode to old Magnolia in mind.
Bringing new and traditional together (both cuisine and décor), and creating a central spot for neighbors to gather to celebrate and embrace the beauty of their town and that small village feel, come see the new face of Lexington Avenue, The Magnolia 525 Tavern.

Eric is a Magnolia native with a vested interest in making a great neighborhood tavern. The premier project of the «Revitalization of Lexington Ave», the 525 Tavern was specifically designed by Eric with the village of Magnolia in mind. Serving tavern style comfort food featuring modern ingredients, all the furnishings were hand chosen to create a comfortable, modern yet antiquated tavern feel with an ode to old Magnolia in mind. Eric designed the curved bar to garner & invite conversation, rather than a straight line bar that makes it hard to interact with others, the bar is curved allowing guests to be in sight line of one another. He built comfortable booth seats, some oversized to accommodate families/larger parties and smaller booths & tables for more intimate meetings & dates. We have high tops & a great outdoor patio.
