Its the only cab company. They dont have to make you happy or be on time. Ubers comming they need some competition. If you dont have to dont go thru the aggravation walk or hitch hike.

Great company, these guys are outstanding! Hard working honest people that seem to still know the meaning of customer service. Hats off to these drivers, they book reservations, drive, and take payments. Multitasking to a whole other level. I love this company and the owners are great people!

Heather is awesome. I work downtown at the late night bars, and she is always prompt and honest about her times for pickup. Also, I have lived here just 7 short months, but she treats all her customers as if she has known them and cared about them their whole lives. You definitely aren’t going to find a more reliable and helpful taxi service ANYWHERE.

Valley Taxi is AWESOME. I am 48 and traveled a lot during my career and my dealings with Valley Taxi could be the best service I have every received. I used them 4 times there where on-​time, friendly, very clean cars, safe, could go on and on.

Excellent Taxi service in Glenwood Springs. We had the nicest driver who drove us to the newly-​redesigned «Village Inn», it was a pleasure to have pancakes for dinner and then call for a quick pick up back to our hotel. Highly reccomend this service! A+
