Certified Physical Therapy

I have been a patient at Certified Physical Therapy since they first opened. I had a traumatic injury to my left wrist; specifically a tear to my TFCC (Triangular FibroCartilage Complex). We won’t go into HOW I got injured, but after surgery, I went to see Vicki Schuppe, because she was a board certified hand therapist. I didn’t trust any other therapist to work on my wrist. I went to see her a few days after surgery and she made a custom, removable wrist /​brace /​splint (not sure what to call it) which I wore during the 6 – 8 weeks it took to heal. It was important to begin physical therapy within a few days after surgery since my goal was to get back to 100% strength and range of motion. The brace was very comfortable and easy to keep clean. I was religious about going to see Vicki three times a week. We worked on range of motion and she taught me various exercises to improve my dexterity and strength. Today, other than a small scar, I have regained 100% use of my left wrist. I have full range of motion and am back to practicing yoga and other activities.
The office is clean. It is located on the first floor (no stairs!) Street Parking is always available. The equipment is in great condition. Vicki is great! She will work with you and push you, if needed. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. She explains what you have to do and helps you do it.
Since that time, I have gone to my «certified hand therapist» for treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and after shoulder surgery… not at the same time, of course.
I’ve also gone to Certified Physical Therapy for pain in my feet! When I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, both Mary and Vicki were able to help me gain relief.
I highly recommend both Vicki Schuppe and Mary Quinn for their excellent care! My body parts are all working well for now, but if I need physical therapy in the future, I know WHO I can depend on!

After a motorcycle accident I severely injured my dominant hand. Vicky was more than accommodating with the schedule. The work was thorough, she really cared about my recovery and got me back to full mobility.

I was recommended to Mary and Vicki, and Thank god I was! They used a few different approaches to get to the root of my issues and I’m happy to say… No surgery and a full recover after physical therapy. These ladies know their business. I can’t thank them enough.

Honestly one of the best physical therapy offices I’ve been to. Mary and Vicki are both wonderful PTS who really get involved with their patients To make sure of a quick and easy recovery.
I went there after my ACL reconstruction surgery and Vicki was my main PT. She really went out of her way to make sure I had a speedy and safe recovery by printing out workouts that I could do at home and also by letting me come in on not scheduled days so I could get better.
Certified physical therapy is a personable place that allows for the opportunity to have 1 on 1 time with the PTS. They really put effort into making you the priority.
