Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Very friendly helpful staff, even at 8 in the morning. I went in for my father and they knew what I needed and made it 100% effortless. It was the best experience in a paint store in a while

The paint is high quality but I have had an unacceptable bad experience at this Bend (Franklin) store recently. We are repainting most of the inside of our house. I went to the store to place my paint order and they were only able to fill about half of it. The clerk was a very young girl. she said she would call me when they had finished as much of my order as they could, and that she would call the cooley store to see if they could fulfill the rest of my order. I was only in town for one day and needed to get all of the paint taken care of that day so that the painter could complete the house while we were gone for the next month. 3 hours later after no phone call, I called the store to check if my order was complete. She said oh yeah, its done. I asked her if she had called the cooley store and she was like «oh, yeah, I’ll do that right now.» 3 hours after she said she would. I went to the franklin store to pick up the ½ order. An hour after I go home, she called to say that they had found one of my 5 gallon buckets in the shaker and had forgot to give it to me. I went back. 2 hours later the cooley store called to say my order was complete so I went to pick that up. The next week when the painter started painting, she found that at least 3 gallons of paint had never been shaken. The color was added but not mixed, so she had to take it back. We were also shorted one gallon of paint. They also gave us an oil-​based white paint without asking, when we needed acrylic. Overall I have been extremely disappointed in Sherwin-​Williams, especially for how much more you charge for your paint.
